In addition to functioning as the general contractor to renovate 14 bathrooms in our buildings, OPC Group has been project manager on other large projects for us. Dominic and Lisa are very professional and friendly. They have good relationships with high quality tradespeople, are able to assemble good quality quotes and estimates. They have extensive knowledge of many areas of construction and are committed to exceeding, not just meeting building code standards. In that sense, they embody the idea of getting the job done right the first time. They are also honest and frank. They strive not to over promise. They offer their candid assessment of a challenge and options for a way forward. This has made us feel they are working for us when managing the contractors hired for large projects such as roof and window replacement, structural rehabilitation and exterior restoration.

We had our downstairs bathroom completely gutted and rebuilt by Dominic and his crew due to a major water leak. The downstairs vestibule also required work to repair water damage. The work done was excellent. Mold was discovered and dealt with properly. The new bathroom and shower is so much brighter than what it replaced. Dominic's redesign makes it appear so much roomier as well. The extra insulation put in all of the walls will make it warmer this winter also. Lisa's assistance in choosing tiles, colours and fixtures was extremely helpful. Thank you, Lisa and Dom, for a job well done.
