In addition to functioning as the general contractor to renovate 14 bathrooms in our buildings, OPC Group has been project manager on other large projects for us. Dominic and Lisa are very professional and friendly. They have good relationships with high quality tradespeople, are able to assemble good quality quotes and estimates. They have extensive knowledge of many areas of construction and are committed to exceeding, not just meeting building code standards. In that sense, they embody the idea of getting the job done right the first time. They are also honest and frank. They strive not to over promise. They offer their candid assessment of a challenge and options for a way forward. This has made us feel they are working for us when managing the contractors hired for large projects such as roof and window replacement, structural rehabilitation and exterior restoration.

These guys are very very very hard to deal with. First they are never on schedule and second, they jack up their prices mid way - almost always. Be careful as any plan you would make with these guys is likely to cost you at least 60-70% more than the original estimates. And this is not because of the project plan issues, this is how they operate.
